The Data Processor is the company with the brand name “Travel ID” with the trade name “Travel ID” ((https://travelid.gr), based in Heraklion, 38 Aretousas Street, 71202. Our offices are open 6 days a week, from 09:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and 09:00 to at 15:00 on Saturday.

We are here to support your every need and optimize your Travel ID experience. We only collect personal data from subjects when you voluntarily provide us with your personal data.

It is not possible to track the behavior of third parties. If you object to this processing, Travel ID will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for such processing or that such processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. For direct marketing purposes, you can at any time request that you stop processing your data for these direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to online@travelid.gr.
  • Filing complaints. You have the right to submit complaints regarding the data processing activities carried out by Travel ID to the Greek Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). We will make every effort to accommodate your requests and respond within thirty days (30 days). Only if this is not possible, we will inform you of the necessary extension of this deadline, without exceeding sixty (60) days. Exercising the rights is free, however, it can only be charged in cases of proven misuse, which entails additional management costs for us.
