We will make every effort to accommodate your requests and respond within thirty days (30 days). Only if this is not possible, we will inform you of the necessary extension of this deadline, without exceeding sixty (60) days. Exercising the rights is free, however, it can only be charged in cases of proven misuse, which entails additional management costs for us.
