Nothing compares to the freedom, serenity and adventure you will find during this day – it’s a new sensation. A relaxing day, full of unforgettable moments! If you are over the age of 12 and without any diving knowledge, this program offers you the great opportunity to experience fun and excitement of diving in only one day of your vacation.

You will follow a course of instructions (duration of about 45 minutes) given by an instructor speaking French, English, German, Dutch or Greek. Other languages are on request. He will explain you the basics of diving and the most important things to know before going under water. After the theory you will be split in small groups of 4 people experiencing their fist dive, guided by 3 diving professionals.

The dive lasts about 45 minutes, reaching a maximum depth of 10 meters. Your dive supervisors are there every step of the way, ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Once your dive is complete, you’ll receive a Discover Scuba Diving certification card. This certification process allows you to dive with the Scuba Diving Heraklion team for the next 14 days, without needing another theory lesson, under direct dive supervision.

Once you’re geared up, you’ll plunge into the crystal-clear waters, where a vibrant array of marine life beckons. Expect to encounter sponges, sea stars, octopuses, and various fish species. If luck is on your side, you might even spot dolphins, barracudas, or seahorses.

Adventure awaits as you explore the Mediterranean’s hidden treasures, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Every moment underwater is filled with awe and wonder, providing you with an unforgettable diving experience that combines the thrill of discovery with the serenity of the deep blue sea.

Meeting Point and Timing

Gather at the Marina Cafe Parking area at Heraklion Port, where your scuba diving adventure kicks off. Make sure to park in the designated spots to avoid any inconvenience. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure you’re ready for the experience. Punctuality is key because we can’t wait for latecomers, and we want everyone to have the best possible start.

Before and after your unforgettable experience you have the possibility to take your lunch in one of the taverns, stay on the beach or walk along the hiking trails.

The departure schedule is strictly adhered to, so be mindful of the timing. We aim for a seamless and enjoyable experience, and your cooperation with the schedule helps us achieve that. By following these instructions, you’re setting the stage for an unforgettable diving adventure in Heraklion!

For cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival no cancellation fees

For cancellations 1 day prior to arrival 100% cancellation fees

Non-show 100% cancellation fees

Notes:

1. Please always contact us  before booking as availability is limited!
2. Please provide fullname, telephone number (country code included), e-mail and accommodation details (hotel name & address) and ID / passport details upon booking (ID / passport details are required for check from the coast guard).
3. Please arrive on time to the meeting point or to the given pick-up point. Unfortunately, there is no option to wait for latecomers. In case of delay, missed pick-up, missed departure time, no refunds.
4. The travel agency reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient passengers number or force majeure 12 hours prior to departure time with a notification to the traveler.
